There is a debate going on at the moment as to whether business is saturated with MBAs. Although many people continue to study for their MBA, and businesses employ the graduates of these courses, there is no doubt that just holding an MBA is not enough.
Today, you have to be able to prove that you are capable of translating your education into action. Some people can do this by quoting their experience in management, but often you have to prove you can do the serious middle management jobs before you get the opportunity to take the title.

Getting your MBA also makes a real difference to your salary. According to the Bureau of Labor, people with MBAs have higher average earning power than almost any other qualification.
