Carrying on from yesterday, an MBA program without the executive tag tends to be more theory based, and although it does have a lot of project work, this is geared towards tying the theory together and simulating the "real" environment in the workplace.
Many people who study on an MBA are younger, or a relatively new to the business environment. They may have recently reached middle management, and are using an MBA as a way of boosting their careers to make sure that they will continue to progress through the ranks of management.
In fact studying an MBA is always a good way of making sure that your career doesn't stand still. It not only proves that you are willing to work at your career, it also shows a determination to succeed.
