A recent Global MBA Survey found that graduating from an mba program, online or traditional, prompts many to make a career change. Of the graduate students taking the survey, 45% acknowledged that they planned to switch industries after receiving their degrees. Who were more likely to make the switch? The graduates of MBA programs in 2005 were offered more jobs and had higher base salaries than any class since 2001, according to the latest Global MBA Graduate Survey. In fact, the average base salary for those MBA graduates accepting jobs was around $90,652. This is great news for anyone entering an MBA program this coming fall.
